The owner of Airpark Center, NWI, Inc., is a local developer specializing in the building of distribution and warehouse speculative buildings. They have built over 2,000,000 SF of these types of buildings over the last 12 years in the Nashville area market. Our relationship began in 1990 in the building of the seventh building in the Airpark Center Complex, a development of 13 buildings. To date we have contracted for 11 buildings, each being of similar construction. All of the buildings are ssingle story, steel framed structures with tilt-up concrete exterior walls.
